Clean-up the Beach Quest Info:
This quest's name doesn't really specify what you need to do: You must train your Int to 40. Note: Some races need 36, or 44 Int. Talk to the Mayor when you've trained this amount.
Demon Crab:
When you've gotten the Demon Crab Quest from the boy in Lake Gala, head to the Beach to find the Demon Crab. You should find it quickly when you have the quest. Kill it, and return to the entrance to Lake Gala.
Mermaid Hunter Quest Info:
When you have gotten the quest from the Mayor in Shilla Town, head to the Cave at the very east of the beach. From the "Far end of Beach" Teleport, directions to this Cave are: South, South, East. Kill the Mermaid Hunter here.

Once the home to a great dock where the fishers could ply their trade, the beach is now overrun by crabs. Not long before you outlanders began to arrive, the dock was destroyed by the Warlock Lord’s magic in the form of a hurricane that continuously battered the beach and town for a fortnight. Afterwards, the crabs took over of their own accord and began attacking those that tried to rebuild the docks. The Mayor has to send people to make periodic sweep of the beach to keep the crabs from gaining too strong of a foothold.
