Fighter Guild
(Note: To get a next quest for the Fighter Guild, you need a certain amount of Life.)
(These restrictions are still unknown, but will be here when it's known)
Quest 1: After joining, you get your first little quest. The quest is: Get your Strenght and Constitution up to 100 each. Just train these two stats at the Training Hall until they're at those levels, then return to the Fighters Guild. You'll get your first promotion.
Quest 2: Go back to the Armory for the next Quest. This one is bigger than the previous, and also a little harder. You have to take orders to Smitty, Durrinthar and Kilmur. The first order goes to Smitty, the Town's Weapon Shop owner. Go to him, and he'll give you a note. Bring the note back to the Armory, and you'll get the next order for Durrinthar. He is the Armor Shop owner in the Elven Village, so you need to be sure you can get in there (check the Restrictions Page for this). When you get to Durrinthar, he won't agree with the order, and you must return to the Fighter Guild. Here, you'll be given the note for Kilmur, the Dwarven Weapon shop owner. Again, check if you can get in here for sure, and then go to Kilmur. He'll be mad, and send you back again. When back at the Fighters Guild again, you'll be given another note for Durrinthar, so head to Yggdrasil, the Elven Village yet again, and give the response to him. He will either say that he can get this order, or that he can't. If he can't, you must kill 200 Trolls for him to get his order. If you already killed 200 Trolls before, this whole part is automatically skipped. Afterwards, go back to the Fighter Guild again. You'll get your second promotion.
Quest 3: Once again, head back into the armory. It seems they calmed Kilmur, the Dwarven Weapon shop owner, a little bit down. You must go back to him, and get him certain supplies, so he can get the order that the Guild wants. Go to Kilmur, and he'll assign you on a mining job. You will have to mine several things for him. First of all, get the mining skill trained to level 20. Not higher, not lower. 20 should be just fine, and it won't drain that much fatigue at that level. Then, head into the mines, and start mining. It's wise to pick up everything you get, because Kilmur needs the following, in this order: 10 Tiny Pearls, 10 Tiny Gold Nuggets, 5 Small Pearl, 5 Small Gold Nuggets, 3 White Pearls and 3 Gold Nuggets. So pick up those things. When you've satisfied Kilmur with these items, he'll send you back to the Guild with the order, and you've completed the quest, which makes you ready for you third promotion already.
Quest 4: For the last time, go to the Armory again. This time, your quest is to kill a Death Angel, so a certain Halfling Shipment will get through the Plains safely. All you need to do is find the Well in the Plains, then kill him. Make sure you've got enough life (check the creature page, and calculate in the align .. so about 2k more life than it's written max hit if you're weak). When you've killed him, go back to the Guild's Armory. You'll be rewarded with your fourth promotion.
Quest 5: All quests are done, at least for the Armory part. Enter the Forge for a change. A Dwarf and a Draconian here will be pleased to see you. They require a White Pixie Dust, as an ingredient for a forge they're searching for. But, it has to be fresh, which means you must get a new one, and all old ones you're holding will not count. Therefore, head to the Clouds, and beat a bunch of Hippogriffs, until you get the White Pixie Dust. Bring it back, and you'll be promoted for the 5th time (although it's not said this time, you are indeed promoted).
Quest 6: Head to the Forge again. This time, your quest is to get a Red Ruby, a fresh one, that is. Head into the deep volcono, to beat a Pheonix, and bring the Red Ruby back to the Forge. If you're having trouble with getting to the Pheonix, I suggest you use the Lower Volcano Map Page to get around. When you return, you're promoted for the 6th time.
Quest 7: Back at the Forge again, they require you to get Red Ruby Slippers now, which are dropped by Green Dragons in the Desert. Go get a pair, then return .. just to find out that it's not the right item! They require Aqua Sapphire Boots now, which are dropped by Black Fathom, that roams the 4th Fathom of the Ocean. Kill it, and bring back the boots.. after which they say it's wrong again. Now they now for sure: It's the Aqua Sapphire Tallon Gloves they need, dropped by Sea Wolfs, who also roam the 4th Fathom of the Ocean. Get the pair, and return. It's the right item, and you're promoted for the 7th time.
Quest 8: The next item that they require is a weapon .. tricky to get. The Ferrule of Reki Mia is what they require. This weapon is found in the Pyramid, and it's dropped by Thoth, a rather powerful creature, so I suggest you use a bunch of scrolls. Getting to Thoth is quite a quest on it's own, and I suggest you use the Great Pyramid Map Page to get the Ferrule. Bring it back to recieve your 8th promotion.
Quest 9: Once again back at the forge, this is the last quest you'll get. The dwarf and the draconian require you to get some Atlantis Food, but they don't know which for sure. All items must be fresh (and may not be sent). First they want some Dark Chocolate, which is dropped by Inlov, in the Walkways of Atlantis. Use the Atlantis Map Page to get around this place. It's a real pain to get here, and it's also a pain to beat such a strong creature, so I suggest you train a bunch of scrolls again to beat 9.2 Million Life or so, which should take her out. Bring it back, and you'll find it's not the right item. Now they want some Ambrosia. You can either get it from Carmallo, who drops it, and appears in the Red Tower of Atlantis, or you can search your ass off in the desert and find it rarely at 5-ways. I suggest you kill Carmallo with scrolls. Bring the item back, just to find out they need Golden Apples now, dropped by Timura in the Golden Tower of Atlantis. Kill her, and bring it back. You'll not only get the 9th promotion, but you also found the Guild Forge. If you return when you're a little stronger, you get the forge for the Pierced Bracelet, an item that lowers creature armor, so you need a bunch less attacks to kill it. Pretty useful.. if you can forge it. It can only be forged when you've done all quests of the Fighter Guild.

Mage Guild
(Note: To get a next quest for the Mage Guild, you need a certain amount of Life.)
(These restrictions are still unknown, but will be here when it's known)
Quest 1: After joining, you'll be assigned a little quest; You must get 100 spell levels before you are accepted as a "real member". After having done so, you're rewarded with your first promotion.
Quest 2: For your second quest, walk into the Alchemy Lab, a place to search for a secret formula to reveal a forge. You must get a fresh Green Pixie Dust, so all old ones don't count. Head to the Dark Forest and kill some Trolls to get the Dust. Return, and you'll get your second promotion.
Quest 3: Head back to the Alchemy Lab. The Alchemist now requires you to get Pearl Polished Boots, which are dropped by Tortured Criminals in the Dungeon. Head over, kill some, and bring the boots to the Alchemist. It appears it's not what he was looking for, and you're going to have to get a Pearl Polished Shield now. Head to the Deep Dark Forest, down in the Pit, and look for the Quetzalcoati, who's at the bottom, and drops the shield on occassion. Just make sure you have plenty of life .. then bring the shield back the the Alchemist. When you do, you'll recieve your third promotion.
Quest 4: Head to the Lab again. The Alchemist is glad to see you, as he requires some new items. First of all, he wants you to get him a new Magic Water, old ones don't count. Head to the DDF, kill a Gorgon in the Pit, and bring the Magic Water back. It's not what he wanted, apparently, so now he wants a Sparkling Silver. Go back to the DDF, kill a few Archers or Imps, and bring it back to the Alchemist. Again it's not what he wanted. Now he will ask for a Red Wine, so head to the Maze.. walk all the way until you get to the Inner Maze. Here, search for Queen Warriors or Queen's Guards, and kill them for the Red Wine. Bring it back, and you'll get your fourth promotion.
Quest 5: For a change, go to the Guild Library again. Your next quest consists out of fetching and delivering a series of overdue books. The first book you need to get is rented by Ilanaqu, who teaches spells in the Elven Village. Once you've gotten there, she asks you if you can get her a Green Pixie Dust. Well, been there, done that, so do it again, and give it to her. She tells you she needs more time, probably trying to learn Acid Cloud, so she sends you back to the Guild. Now you must go to Kaalder, the Draconian spell teacher. Make sure you can enter the Draconian Lair.. you'll certainly need more than 5500 Life as the Drunken Guards will always hit you on sight. When you get to Kaalder, he first needs some Fire Water before he returns the book... Best not to argue with a Draconian that teaches Fireball, right? Kill soms Orcs in the Volcano Crater, and bring the Fire Water to Kaalder. He gives you the book, which you can return now. Back in the Guild, you must now go to the Elven Loremaster, a.k.a the Story Teller, and ask him the book back. Go to the Elven Village, and the Loremaster will give you the book. Return it to the Mage Guild. Now go back to Ilinaqu, at the Elven Spell Shop. She will give you the last book, which you can return now. You'll be rewarded with your fifth promotion.
Quest 6: Similar to Quest 4 of the Figher Guild, you must now kill a Death Angel, found in the Well, in the Plains, to aquire a Fire Storm Scroll. I suggest you get a bunch of them, because when you've brought it back, you need to get a Ice Storm Scroll too, and that one is dropped by Warrior Mage, a powerful creature inside the Pyramid. To get to the Pyramid, I suggest using the Great Pyramid Map Page. When you got the Scroll, bring it back to receive your 6th promotion.
Quest 7: Head to the Alchemist. This is a pretty short quest. You need to get a Black Obsidian, so go to the Desert, search for Skeleton Mages, kill some, and bring the Black Obsidian back for your 7th promotion.
Quest 8: Go to the Guild Library again. In order to get some crucial information about the Warlock, you must seek out Arch-Druid, Bel Tistle, who is a Lich now, and teaches spells in Necropolis. I suggest you wear an Invisibility Ring while attempting to find him. When you've found him, he will ask for his favorite book. Go back to the Mage Guild, and get that book. Head back to the Lich, and give it to him. Satisfied yet? Not quite.. he wants you to go to the Yggdrasil in the Elven Village now, to get either a Yggrdrasil Leaf or a Yggdrasil Berry. This is very hard, as you must walk around the tree for a long time, in the hope you'll notice a Golden Treasure Chest sooner or later, which contains what you want. Try searching the first level, going past all spots, especially the dead ends, then the second to third levels, and the top, then go down again and repeat until you've found something. When you got it, give it to the Lich, and he'll hands over the book. Go back to the Guild, and you're quite ready for your 8th promotion.
The Lich's hint was to search for a weapon in Lost Atlantis .. that can only be one weapon: The Sculped Dirk, dropped by King Valhostro, in the Shimmering Red Tower of Atlantis. Use the Atlantis Map Page to get around this place, and use Scrolls to beat the King, who has about 9.2 million Life. Once you've done this quest, your 9th and last promotion is well earned, as well as the special Mage Guild Forge (which is unknown right now).
